WorkMatter’s proposed role is to help identify that knowledge, capture missing context, prepare it for agreed uses and license it to AI developers. A dataset is simply an organized collection of those examples.
Keep ownership. Agree the use.
Under our proposed model, your business retains ownership. Together, we define the material, permissions and permitted AI uses before agreeing any external license.
Share in the revenue.
Revenue sharing would be set out in your agreement. WorkMatter would be the exclusive route for the agreed external AI licenses; wider business uses are not automatically included.

No. Material may lack useful context, contain sensitive information or be unavailable for the intended use. The starting point is a careful assessment, not a bulk upload.
